The company’s services have been developed in three key areas – the provision of construction services, maintenance and service, and the installation of the Torverk Industrial Gate. In construction, our specialization is industrial sites and full-cycle construction services. In recent years, we have developed expertise in the construction of public buildings and multi-apartment buildings. The company has a large number of regular customers who directly turn to “PK serviss” with their construction plans, since they have been satisfied with the quality of services in the long term.
SIA “PK serviss” has implemented quality management system in accordance with standard ISO 9001: 2015 in the following areas: performance and management of general construction works, technical servicing of heating, ventilation, water supply, sewer, wiring systems.
